Is an English Bulldog the same as a British Bulldog?
Yes. "English Bulldog" and "British Bulldog" are two names for the exact same breed; you will see both used across Singapore listings, sometimes just "Bulldog". There is no difference in the dog. (The French Bulldog is a separate, smaller breed, and the Old English Bulldog is a different modern re-creation, so it is worth checking which one a listing actually means.)
Are "micro" or blue and lilac English Bulldogs healthy?
Be careful here. "Micro" is not a real breed size, and exotic colours like blue, lilac and merle are non-standard fads, often bred for looks and priced at a premium. They are not a rarer or healthier dog; dilute colours in particular can carry extra skin and coat problems on a breed that already has a real health load.
