Had such a wonderful experience bringing home our Dachshund pup from Curious Tails in Balestier. Nelson made us feel right at home and explained the feeding schedule in detail. Our pup was clean, well-socialised, and full of energy when we brought it home. We couldn't be more pleased, an easy five stars.

We did a lot of research before choosing where to buy, and Curious Tails in Balestier was clearly the right call. Right from our first enquiry, Nelson and Kim were upfront and fair about the cost and were professional yet genuinely friendly. Our Cavapoo is healthy, active, and clearly very well taken care of. Our family is complete now, thank you Kim and Nelson and team.

Had such a wonderful experience bringing home our new furry family member from Curious Tails in Balestier. Honestly, Nelson and Kim couldn't have been more helpful and answered every single question we had, which made the whole thing stress-free. Our pup was clean, well-socialised, and full of energy when we brought it home. The puppy came home healthy and vet-checked, which gave us real peace of mind. A truly lovely experience from start to finish, thank you!

Couldn't recommend Curious Tails in Balestier enough after bringing home our Maltipoo. Nelson and Kim made us feel right at home and helped us every step of the way and included a generous set of free gifts with the puppy. They handled the licence transfer and guided us through the ownership course too. Genuinely the best decision we made, highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied with nelson’s customer service, all the way from our first visit, to letting us pet each puppy and giving us ample time to choose a puppy that connected with us. He really gave us the chance to interact with each dog and choose one that really formed a special connection with us. We took so much time but finally chose a puppy we were very happy to take home and house. He gave so many freebies all included in the price. He even explained in detail the function of each freebie and made sure all paperwork was done smoothly. Really very thankful for nelson’s service.
